1. Branch Auditor

Duty Stations

• Addis Ababa
• Harar
• Assela

Educational Qualification

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's Degree in one of the following or a related field:

• Accounting
• Banking and Finance
• Business Administration
• Management
• Related disciplines

Experience

• Minimum of 3.5 years of relevant experience in internal or external auditing.
• Previous banking industry experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct branch audit examinations.
• Review transactions and evaluate internal control systems.
• Carry out special investigations when required.
• Prepare audit findings and recommendations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

2. Branch Manager Grade C

Duty Stations

• Batu
• Dodola
• Gambella

Educational Qualification

Applicants must possess one of the following:

• MA/MBA in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in the above disciplines.

Experience

For applicants with a Master's Degree:

• Male candidates: Minimum 6.5 years of banking experience.
• Female candidates: Minimum 5.5 years of banking experience.

For applicants with a Bachelor's Degree:

• Male candidates: Minimum 8.5 years of banking experience.
• Female candidates: Minimum 7.5 years of banking experience.

Applicants should also have:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Manager Grade B, or
• 3 years as a Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A or in an equivalent role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall performance and daily operations of the branch.
• Deliver high-quality customer service.
• Develop and implement annual branch action plans.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• Manage branch resources efficiently.
• Prepare and submit periodic performance reports.

Salary

• Salary will be offered according to Enat Bank's approved salary scale.
