Bilal Microfinance Institution S.C., a fully licensed interest-free microfinance institution in Ethiopia, is inviting qualified and motivated candidates to apply for several career opportunities. The institution is looking for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals who are passionate about building a career in the banking and microfinance sector.

Available Positions

1. Branch Accountant

Qualification

Applicants must have one of the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or a related field with no prior work experience required, or
• College Diploma (Level IV/10+3) in Accounting or a related field with 2 years of relevant work experience.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

2. Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Management, or a related field from a recognized higher education institution, or
• College Diploma (Level V/10+3) in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Management, or a related field.

Experience

• Previous experience in a Microfinance Institution (MFI) or the banking sector is an added advantage but not mandatory.

3. Branch Manager

Qualification

• BA Degree or MBA in Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or a related field.

Experience

• BA Degree: Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
• MBA Degree: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
