Required Qualification and Experience
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in:
Economics
Management
Accounting
Other Business-related fields
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of branch banking experience.
At least 1 year of experience as a Junior Officer.
Required Skills
Strong communication skills.
Good customer relationship management ability.
Knowledge of branch banking operations.
Commitment to ethical and inclusive banking practices.
Ability to work effectively with diverse customers and communities.
