Nib International Bank S.C (NIB) is inviting qualified and experienced professionals to apply for 8 vacant positions across its Head Office and district offices.

1. Banking Business Officer (BBO)

Education: BA/BSc in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field from a recognized institution.

Experience: At least 1 year of banking experience, including experience as a Junior Banking Business Officer.

Duty Stations:

  • Newly opening Silke Ambo Sub-Branch – Wolkite District
  • Sajo Sub-Branch – Wolkite District
  • Bole Sub-Branch – Wolkite District

2. Banking Business Manager I

Education: BA/BSc in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Experience: At least 4 years of banking experience, including 3 years as a Banking Business Officer (BBO) or in an equivalent banking position.

Duty Station: Dire Dawa District Office

3. Customer Relationship Officer

Education: BA/BSc in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Experience: At least 5 years of banking experience, including 2 years as an Associate Customer Relationship Officer or in an equivalent banking position.

Duty Station: Dire Dawa District Office

4. Strategy Implementation and Follow-up Officer

Education: BA/BSc in Management, Human Resource Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Experience: At least 5 years of banking experience, including 2 years as an Associate Strategy Implementation and Follow-up Officer or in an equivalent Resource & Strategy Management position.

Duty Station: Dire Dawa District Office

5. Branch Manager I

Education: MA/MBA/MSc or BA/BSc in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

  • MA/MBA/MSc holders: At least 6 years of banking experience.
  • BA/BSc holders: At least 8 years of banking experience.
  • Relevant experience in branch management, banking business, internal control, accounts, cash operations, or equivalent core banking positions is required.

Duty Stations:

  • Newly opening Silke Ambo Branch – Wolkite District
  • Sajo Branch – Wolkite District
  • Keziro Main Branch – Dire Dawa District

6. District Marketing Supervisor

Education: MA/MBA/MSc or BA/BSc in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of banking experience, depending on educational qualification, including relevant experience as a Senior Marketing Officer or in an equivalent banking position.

Duty Station: Dire Dawa District Office

7. Principal Succession & Performance Management Officer

Education: MA/MBA/MSc or BA/BSc in Management, Human Resource Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of banking experience, respectively, including experience as a Senior Succession & Performance Management Officer or in an equivalent Resource Management & Strategy position.

Duty Station: Head Office

8. Director, Marketing and Branding Department

Education: MA/MBA/MSc or BA/BSc in Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Marketing Management, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

  • MA/MBA/MSc holders: At least 11 years of banking experience.
  • BA/BSc holders: At least 13 years of banking experience.
  • Must include 3–5 years of relevant experience at Division Manager level or an equivalent position.

Duty Station: Head Office
