Nib International Bank S.C has announced job openings and invites qualified and interested applicants to apply for the following positions.

Nib International Bank (NIB) was founded on 26 May 1999 under license no. LBB/007/99, in line with the Commercial Code of Ethiopia and the Banking Business Proclamation No. 84/1994. The bank started with a paid-up capital of Birr 27.6 million and an authorized capital of Birr 150 million, contributed by 717 shareholders.

Position 1: Banking Business Manager I

Educational Requirement:
BA degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields.

Work Experience:
A minimum of 4 years of relevant banking experience, including at least 3 years as a Banking Business Officer (BBO) or in similar core banking roles.

Salary:
As per the bank’s salary scale with attractive benefits.

Workplace:
Harar Ras, Awebera, and Togochale Sub-Branches under Dire Dawa District.

Educational Requirement:

Salary:
As per the bank’s salary structure with additional benefits.

Position 3: Branch Manager I

Educational Requirement:
MA or BA degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.

Work Experience:
6–8 years of banking experience, including 2 years as Banking Business Manager III or 3 years in equivalent senior banking roles such as Branch Internal Control Officer II, Senior Banking Business Officer, or similar positions.

Salary:
According to the bank’s salary scale with attractive benefits.

Workplace:
Worabe Branch under Hossana District.
