About the Role
The B2B Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new business clients, managing strategic accounts, and expanding Digicom's market presence. The role involves identifying customer needs, developing tailored technology solutions, preparing commercial proposals, negotiating contracts, and building long-term business relationships.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B technology sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to engage with decision-makers across various industries.
Fluency in
Afaan Oromoo language
is required.
Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, government, NGO, and SME sectors.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and market research.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Sales Management
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and propose appropriate technology solutions.
Prepare quotations, technical proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Account Management
Build long-term relationships with key business customers.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients to identify additional business opportunities.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales and implementation process.
Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Market Intelligence
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Identify new market segments and strategic business opportunities.
Provide customer feedback to support product and service improvement
