Role description

AZ Pipe is offering a unique and flexible opportunity for motivated students currently enrolled in Commerce, Addis Ababa University (AAU) or any collages. We are seeking reliable individuals to assist in collecting performa invoices (quotations) from various vendors. This is a short-term, task-based project, perfect for students looking to earn extra income and gain practical experience.

Position 1: IT Officer

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant ICT experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IT hardware, networking, Windows/Linux operating systems, and database management.
  • Experience with ERP systems, factory automation software, and security systems is an advantage.

Required Skills:

  • Computer networking and IT maintenance.
  • Computer Science, Information System, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering background.

Desired Skill:

  • Computer skills and knowledge.

Position 2: Digital Marketer

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years and above of relevant experience in digital marketing.
  • Good understanding of social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and content development skills.
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Required Skills:

  • Computer skills and knowledge.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creativity.

Position 3: Senior Marketing and Tender Officer

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Procurement, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, tendering, bid management, or proposal preparation.
  • Good understanding of marketing principles, tender requirements, and campaign execution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and document management abilities.
  • Good organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively with different departments.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools is an advantage.

Position 4: Marketing Manager

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in marketing.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of traditional and digital marketing practices.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships.
