Since its inception 15 years ago, Kerchanshe has established a track record of fair trading and excellent customer service, and now employs over 1,250 permanent staff and 10,000 seasonal staff.
Position 1: Junior Internal Auditor
Education:
- BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other related fields
Experiance :-
- 0 years of experiance
- 2025 and 2026 graduates with a cumulative GPA of 3.00 and above.

Position 2: Key Account Sales Officer ( Buna pen & Buna plate)
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Experience
- Above 3 years of sales or key account management experience (manufacturing or FMCG preferred)
Skills
- Revenue growth per key account
- Customer retention and satisfaction
- New business development within existing accounts
- Accuracy of sales forecasts

Position 3: HR Records and Archives Clerk
Education :-
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Secretarial and Office Management, Management, or a related field.
Experience :-
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in HR records management, document control, filing and archiving.
Skills
- Good record-keeping, filing, and document archiving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee records.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage both physical and electronic documents.
- Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.

Position 4: Head, Project Performance and Financial Auditor
Education
- Master’s degree (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering (with strong financial audit experience.
- Professional certifications in Audit are highly desirable
Experience
- A minimum of 10 years for a Master’s degree and 12 years for a Bachelor’s degree with progressive experience in Internal audit, External audit, Project audit, financial control and Performance audit Experience of auditing large capital projects in diversified business portfolios such as Agricultural sector including farm operations and livestock development, Construction projects, Manufacturing, logistics and export trading are desired.

Experience:
