Position: Sales Officer

Education & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing management, Business Management, or any related field of study.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.

 Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities through networking and cold calling.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Conduct market research and gather information on customer needs, market demand, product pricing, and competitor activities.
• Follow up with prospective clients, respond to inquiries, and support the conversion of leads into sales.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and promote brand awareness.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance and market trends.
