Awash Bank SC is seeking qualified and experienced professionals to fill the following permanent positions.
1. Senior Business Intelligence and Analytics Officer
Requirements
- BA/BSc in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in research, business intelligence, or data analytics.
- Professional certification in a related field is an advantage.
- Master's degree in a business-related discipline is an added advantage.

2. Senior Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Officer
Requirements
- BA in Environmental Studies, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Professional training or certification in a related field is an added advantage.

3. Senior System Administrator – Online Banking
Requirements
- BSc in Information Technology or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT, with a focus on digital banking systems.
- Master's degree in an IT-related field is an advantage.
- Professional IT certifications are highly desirable.

4. Principal Social Media and Digital Marketing Officer
Requirements
- BA in Social Sciences or a business-related field, preferably Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- At least 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Training in Digital Marketing is considered an advantage.
- Master's degree in a business-related field is an added advantage.

Requirements
- BSc in Information Technology or a related field.

6. Manager – Office Engineering Division (Re-advertised)
Requirements
- BSc in Architecture with computer-aided engineering skills such as AutoCAD, SAP, ArchiCAD, or related software.
- At least 10 years of experience in architectural design, interior design, office layout planning, technical specification preparation, partition works, and furniture or counter design.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
- Previous banking industry experience is highly preferred.
