1. Branch Manager Class IV – Interest Free Banking (IFB) Branch
Qualification: BA in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or Economics Experience: Minimum 8 years in banking, including 3 years in a supervisory role; IFB experience preferred Responsibilities: Lead and manage branch operations Ensure compliance with banking procedures and IFB practices Drive branch sales and customer service initiatives Prepare annual budgets, operational plans, and progress reports Location: IFB Branches, Addis Ababa
2. Branch Manager – Class II Branch
Qualification: BA in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or Economics Experience: Minimum 10 years in banking, including 3 years in a supervisory role Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and control branch activities Ensure compliance with banking procedures and regulations Lead branch sales and customer service excellence Prepare budgets, operational plans, and reports Location: Gambella Branch – Gambella Town
