NAA Chartered Certified Auditors & Accountants is seeking enthusiastic and qualified fresh graduates to join its team for the following position.

Position: Audit Trainee

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Accounting and Finance.
  • Only 2026 graduates are eligible to apply.
  • Applicants must have successfully passed the National Exit Examination.
  • Minimum CGPA of 3.00.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Good understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Job Summary

The Audit Trainee position is an entry-level opportunity designed to help fresh graduates build practical auditing skills. Successful candidates will work closely with senior auditors, supporting financial and operational audits while gaining hands-on experience in audit procedures, documentation, internal controls, and financial analysis.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain audit working papers and supporting documentation.
  • Assist audit teams during planning meetings and field assignments.
  • Collect and organize financial records and supporting documents from clients.
  • Participate in inventory stock counts and physical asset verification.
  • Perform substantive testing of financial transactions, account balances, invoices, and bank statements.
  • Evaluate and test clients' internal control systems.
  • Support Audit Seniors in completing assigned audit engagements.
  • Report identified issues to Audit Seniors or Managers promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with professional auditing standards and company procedures.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve professional knowledge through training and self-development.
  • Carry out other related duties assigned by supervisors.
