Awash Bank is inviting qualified and experienced professionals to apply for the following permanent positions in Addis Ababa.

1. Audio Visual and Documentation Officer

Qualification & Experience

  • Diploma (Level IV) or higher in Electronics, Photography & Video, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in photography and editing.
  • Relevant professional training is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle audio-visual documentation, including photography and video recording.
  • Prepare photographs for promotional materials, advertisements, annual reports, and exhibitions.
  • Perform digital video editing and graphic design for the Bank’s promotional activities.

2. Graphics Design and Documentation Officer II

Qualification & Experience

  • BSc degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Professional training in Graphic Design and Web Development is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop graphic design, multimedia, and documentation materials supporting the Bank’s branding and communication.
  • Create visual content for print, digital, web, and social media platforms.
  • Maintain consistency with the Bank’s brand identity and design standards.
  • Support video editing, visual storytelling, and content organization.

3. Digital Media Management Officer II

Qualification & Experience

  • BA degree in Marketing Management, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or media management.
  • Banking or financial-sector experience is preferred.
  • Digital Media Management training is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of digital media strategies that promote the Bank’s brand and products.
  • Manage marketing content across social media, Google Ads, website platforms, and email marketing.
  • Help strengthen the Bank’s corporate image and public reputation.

  • Produce creative visual content for print, digital, and social media platforms.

Qualification & Experience

  • BSc degree in Electrical Engineering.

  • Construction-industry experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in electrical design software is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate, implement, and supervise electrical works for the Bank’s buildings and facilities.
  • Oversee maintenance and renovation of electrical systems.
