Position 1: Attorney-I

Educational Qualification

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Law or an equivalent field.

Experience

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Legal Officer II or in another relevant legal position.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle non-loan litigation and criminal cases involving the Bank.
• Manage loan-related legal disputes and foreclosure proceedings.
• Represent the Bank before courts and arbitration tribunals.
• Provide legal support to protect the Bank from potential legal risks.

Duty Station

• Dire Dawa District Office

Position 2: Legal Aid

Educational Qualification

• Diploma or Diploma-equivalent qualification in Law and Legislation (LLB) or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Support court-related matters involving the Bank.
• Assist with foreclosure processes and other legal activities.
