The Area Sales Manager at Moha Soft Drinks Industry Plc will lead sales initiatives within the designated region, ensuring effective marketing management and business growth. The role involves a hybrid work model, combining both remote and on-site responsibilities in Addis Ababa. The successful candidate will develop strategies to enhance sales performance and drive market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to enhance performance and productivity.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate marketing campaigns to support sales initiatives and increase brand awareness.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Conduct training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge and selling techniques.
