Qualification

• MA or BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Banking & Finance, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• At least 1 year must be in a senior position within the banking or microfinance sector.

Position 2: Area Manager

Qualification

• MA or BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Banking & Finance, or a related field.

Experience

• MA holders: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• BA holders: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• At least 3 years in a managerial position within the banking or microfinance sector.

Position 3: Senior Customer Service Officer

Qualification

• BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.

Position 4: Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash

Qualification

• BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Position 5: Customer Service Officer

Qualification

Qualification

Experience
