1. Architect / Site Engineer

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Site Engineering, Interior Finishing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the proposed position
• Previous experience working on large-scale construction projects, particularly on-site, is preferred

2. Planning Engineer

Qualifications & Experience

• BSc or MSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering and Management (COTM)
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar planning position
• Primavera P6 experience is mandatory
• Experience on large-scale construction projects and various types of construction is preferred

3. Senior Electrical Engineer

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience working on major construction projects is preferred

Required Skills

• Experience in building electrical systems or power-related works
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD Electrical and Revit MEP
• Knowledge of electrical circuit design and analysis
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent analytical skills for interpreting technical data and developing effective solutions

4. Senior Hydraulic Engineer

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Water Supply Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience

• Experience on large-scale construction projects is an advantage

Required Skills

• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, WaterCAD, Revit MEP, and related tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex hydraulic system issues
• Effective communication skills for working with clients, stakeholders, and project teams

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project
• Strong site supervision and construction project management abilities
