Qualifications

Applicants should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Educational Planning & Management, School Leadership, or Educational Administration.
• A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• An additional Master’s degree in Education-related fields (such as Educational Planning, School Leadership, or Educational Administration) is an added advantage.

Experience

• At least 6 years of proven leadership experience in a similar role or related operational leadership position.
• Experience in driving institutional growth, profitability, and expansion strategies.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with parents, regulatory bodies, and community stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to:

• Design and implement strategies that increase student enrollment and optimize school capacity.
• Develop and expand income-generating opportunities through efficient school operations.
