Position 1: Administrative Assistant

Requirements:

• BA or Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Administrative Service Management, or a related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience for BA holders or 4 years for Diploma holders.

Work Location: Head Office

Position 2: Branch Manager – Grade II

Requirements:

• BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or another business-related field.
• 8 years of banking operations experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Work Location: Mersa Branch

Position 3: Branch Manager – Grade I

Requirements:

• BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or a related business field.
• 6 years of banking operations experience, including at least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Work Location: Branches under the Addis Ababa area

Position 4: Branch Manager – Grade I

Requirements:

• BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or another related business field.
• 6 years of banking operations experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory position.

Work Locations:

• Branches under Dire Dawa District
• Kulbi
• Deder
• Fugna Bira, East Hararghe
• Daruselam
• Aksa IFB, Jigjiga

Language Preference: For the Deder and Fugna Bira branches, candidates with Afaan Oromo speaking and writing skills are preferred.
