About HST Consulting PLC

HST Consulting PLC is a professional consulting and capacity-building firm dedicated to developing skilled professionals across Ethiopia. Through its Skill Academy, and in partnership with FSD Ethiopia (FSDE), HST is offering the Accounting Technician Training Program (ATTP) scholarship to strengthen accounting, finance, and capital market expertise in the country.

The program is designed to prepare participants with practical accounting and financial management skills that support Ethiopia’s growing capital market and financial sector reforms.

Program Overview

The Accounting Technician Training Program (ATTP) focuses on developing practical knowledge and professional competencies in:

  • Financial Accounting

  • Capital Market Readiness

Participants will gain the skills needed to support organizations in financial reporting, investment readiness, capital raising, bond issuance, and sukuk financing.
