1. Accountant
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (Accounting Major), or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting.
- Practical experience in managing general ledger accounts, payroll administration, tax compliance, VAT filing, and financial reporting, preferably within the commercial or construction industry.
Required Competencies
- Proficiency in accounting and financial management software.
- Strong knowledge of local tax regulations, labor laws, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity.

2. Tender Officer
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in tendering and bid management.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing and submitting commercial bids, managing large-scale tender documentation, and working with public and private procurement platforms.
Required Competencies
- Strong bid coordination and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, import, and legal departments.
- Good understanding of procurement procedures, contract terms, and commercial bidding requirements.

3. Project Manager (High-Rise Construction)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or an equivalent engineering license are highly desirable.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management.
- At least 5 years of experience serving as a lead Project Manager on high-rise residential or commercial building projects with a minimum height of 10 stories.
