Minaye PLC invites qualified and motivated candidates to apply for the following vacant positions:

1. Junior Human Capital & General Services Officer

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support roles is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies

  • Basic knowledge of HR practices and Ethiopian labor legislation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Amharic and English.
  • High integrity, proactive work attitude, and strong teamwork skills.

2. General Accounting Division Head

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
  • Applicants with a Bachelor's Degree must have at least 8 years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Applicants with a Master's Degree must have at least 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of leadership experience in a senior supervisory or managerial role overseeing accounting teams.

Required Skills

  • IFRS reporting
  • Proficiency in Peachtree Accounting Software or other ERP systems

Preferred Skill

  • Knowledge of IFRS and IPSAS compliance standards

3. Maintenance and Service Supervisor

Qualifications and Experience

  • BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience supervising facility or building maintenance operations.
  • Strong technical expertise in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
  • Experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating external service providers.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals, and maintenance schedules.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities.
  • Good computer skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and maintenance reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability, reliability, and initiative.

4. Full Stack Software Developer

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.

Technical Requirements

  • Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, with experience in React, Angular, or Vue.js preferred.
  • Backend: Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), PHP, or Java (Spring Boot).
  • Database Management: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Version Control: Git and GitHub.

5. Aftersales Quality & Operations Audit Officer

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations auditing, quality assurance, or after-sales operations.
  • Experience within the furniture industry is an added advantage.

Technical and Soft Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience using ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of audit methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Lean principles.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
