Position 2: Senior HR Manager (Transport & Logistics Sector)

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A master's degree or professional HR certification such as SHRM or CIPD is an added advantage.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role within the transport, logistics, supply chain, or fleet management sector.
• In-depth understanding of labor laws, workforce planning, driver management, and shift scheduling.
• Experience working with HR Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and attendance management software.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Qualifications and Experience
