Position 1: Junior Accountant

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or applicants with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with more than 3 years of experience are advised to apply for the Accountant position instead.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Honest, reliable, and able to handle confidential financial information.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with Peachtree or QuickBooks is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to learn and carefully follow instructions.

Position 2: Accountant

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of practical accounting experience, including daily bookkeeping, reconciliations, payments, tax filing, and financial reporting.
  • Strong working knowledge of Peachtree (Sage 50) and QuickBooks.
  • Good understanding of IFRS for SMEs and Ethiopian tax regulations, including VAT, PAYE, Withholding Tax (WHT), pension contributions, and advance profit tax.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with a willingness to use AI-powered tools for financial analysis.
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Position 3: Administrative Assistant

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting & Finance, Office Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administration, office support, or front desk operations.
  • Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in Amharic and working knowledge of English.
  • Good computer skills, particularly in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
