Position 1: Accountant

Droga Pharma PLC is looking for a competent and detail-oriented Accountant to join its finance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, supporting budgeting activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Applicants should have relevant academic qualifications in Accounting or Finance, strong analytical abilities, and practical experience in accounting operations. Familiarity with accounting software and Ethiopian tax regulations will be considered an advantage.

Position 2: Sales & Marketing Team Leader – Wholesale Operations

The company is also recruiting a Sales & Marketing Team Leader for its Wholesale Operations division.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sales and marketing, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to develop effective sales strategies while managing and motivating a sales team. Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry will be an added advantage.

The successful applicant will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, supervising the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives.
