We are currently seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team and contribute to the company’s continued success.
Job Position-Accountant
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Recording
Maintain accurate accounting records, ledgers, and journals.
Record daily financial transactions including income, expenses, and payroll.
Support in reconciling accounts and preparing financial statements.
2. Banking and Cash Management
Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
Prepare payment vouchers and ensure all supporting documents are properly attached.
Monitor cash flow and report discrepancies promptly.
3. Financial Reporting
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support budget tracking and financial performance analysis.
Provide financial data and documentation for audits and management reviews.
4. Compliance and Documentation
Ensure all financial documents are properly filed and maintained.
Support adherence to audit requirements, tax regulations, and company policies.
Assist in maintaining transparency and accountability in all financial processes.
5. Administrative and Procurement Support
Collaborate with procurement and project teams to process financial documentation.
Review purchase orders and payment requests for accuracy and completeness.
Provide administrative support to the finance department as required.
6. Learning and Professional Development
Participate in internal trainings and continuous learning to enhance accounting knowledge.
Learn and utilize the company’s accounting software and tools effectively.
7. Flexibility and Field Support
Be willing to travel to project sites for financial verification and support.
Perform any other related duties assigned by the Finance Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from a recognized university.
Up to 2 years of relevant accounting experience (experience in the construction industry is highly preferred).
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Peachtree, QuickBooks, or similar).
Strong attention to detail, integrity, and time management skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
