My Hello Communications PLC is inviting qualified and experienced professionals to apply for the position of Account Controller. The company is seeking a finance expert with strong accounting, reporting, and compliance experience to support its financial operations and contribute to sound financial management.

Position: Account Controller

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Ayat)

Educational Qualification

Applicants must have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A Master's Degree in Accounting or an MBA with a specialization in Finance is an added advantage.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is highly preferred.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and prepare accurate reports, financial statements, and forecasts.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving financial issues.
• Good knowledge of Ethiopian tax regulations and financial compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
