A Plus Vision Academy is seeking experienced and qualified professionals to join its leadership team. Applications are invited for the following positions.

1. School Principal / Director

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (B.Ed., M.Ed., or equivalent) in Educational Planning and Management (EDPM), Educational Leadership, or a closely related field.
• Training or academic background in Child Psychology will be considered an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum of 5–8 years of professional experience in the education sector.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience serving as a School Principal, Vice Principal, Department Head, or in a similar management role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead staff, resolve operational challenges, and maintain strong relationships with parents and other stakeholders.

2. Kindergarten Director

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in early childhood education, teaching, or educational administration.

3. Executive Leader

Educational Requirements

• BA/B.Ed. or MA/M.Ed. in Educational Leadership, Curriculum Design, Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in roles such as Principal, Program Coordinator, or similar positions.
• Experience leading multi-campus schools, establishing new school branches, or managing curriculum accreditation initiatives is highly desirable.
