Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field . Minimum of 2 years of branch banking experience , including at least 1 year as a Junior Officer . Knowledge and understanding of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is an additional advantage.
2. Senior Banking Business Officer
Duty Station: Bedelle
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field . 3 years of banking experience , including at least 2 years at Officer level in a similar role .
3. Financing Appraisal Officer II
Duty Station: Jimma District
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or another business-related field . 3 years of banking experience , including at least 1 year as Officer I in a financing or credit area . Knowledge and understanding of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is an additional advantage.
4. Branch Manager I
Duty Stations: Mettu and Bedelle Branches
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field . Minimum of 5 years of banking experience , including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role , such as Assistant Branch Manager or CSM/CSS.
