Qualifications and Skills
B.Ed, M.Sc, or M.A. degree relevant to the subject taught. Mid- to senior-level teaching experience. Strong communication skills. Knowledge of modern pedagogy. Ability to support student-centered learning.
2. KG Main Teachers & Assistant Teachers
Locations: Addisu Gebeya, Winget, Gerji, Haya Hulet
Qualification
Diploma or Degree.
3. Babysitters
Locations: Addisu Gebeya, Winget, Gerji, Haya Hulet
Qualifications and Experience
12th grade diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Education, ECCE, or a related field . Experience in primary education, early childhood, or classroom support is preferred. Skills in instructional support, patience, communication, and classroom management assistance.
