Position 1: Junior IT Application Support Engineer

Qualification: BSC degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

Experience: 1 year of experience is required. Preference is given to candidates with knowledge of Flexcube core banking systems, including IBD (OBPM, LC, BC, etc.), Financing, PDM, Retail Teller, and Flexcube Origination, Parameterization and Customization. Knowledge of BI report development, database management systems, SQL queries, and Linux operating systems is also preferred.

Position 2: Network Administrator II

Qualification: BSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: 3 years of relevant experience. Relevant certifications such as CCNA and CCNP are highly desirable.

Position 3: Application Management Officer I

Qualification: BSc degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 2 years of experience is required. Preference is given to candidates with knowledge of Flexcube core banking systems, including IBD (OBPM, LC, BC, etc.), Financing, PDM, Retail Teller and Flexcube Origination, Parameterization and Customization. Candidates should also have knowledge of BI report development, database management systems, SQL queries, Linux operating systems, banking and finance fundamentals, retail/commercial/Islamic banking product life cycles, accounting, and back-office operations.

Position 4: Data Analytics Officer I

Qualification: BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related analytical discipline.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a similar analytical environment.

Additional requirements include:

• Hands-on experience in data analytics, dashboard development, business intelligence reporting, data modeling, and ETL principles.
• Strong SQL proficiency.
• Experience with database management systems such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, report/dashboard creation, and administration.
• Proficiency in analytics or query tools such as Python, R, or Alteryx is an additional skill.
• Knowledge of data warehouse concepts and data orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Power Automate, Python scripting, or RPA tools is an advantage.

Position 5: Cyber Security GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) Officer I

Qualification: BSc degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: 2 years and above of relevant IT/cybersecurity, IT risk management, governance, compliance, audit, or related experience.

Candidates should have knowledge of:

• Cybersecurity GRC principles.
• Risk assessment.
• Compliance and security controls.
• ISO 27001.
• NIST.
• PCI DSS.
• COBIT.

Position 6: SOC (Security Operation Center) Analyst I

Qualification: BSc degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: 2 years and above of relevant IT/cybersecurity experience.

Candidates should have knowledge and experience in:

• 24/7 SOC monitoring.
• SIEM.
• EDR/XDR.
• Network security.
• Security logs.
• Alert triage.
• Common cyber threats.
• Incident escalation.
• IOC/IOA.
• Basic MITRE ATT&CK.

Position 7: Senior Application Management Officer

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 4 years of experience. Knowledge of Flexcube core banking, Cheque Point, SWIFT, Oracle Database, SQL queries, and related technologies is required/preferred.
