Awash Insurance S.C Vacancy 2026, The historic establishment of Awash began in 1994, with 456 shareholders and Birr 4.8M in paid-up capital. Within the first year alone, average return on Paid up capital rose to 20% and subsequently, GWP showed steady growth over the period.

Awash celebrates its 25th anniversary and finalizes strategy implementation with impressive growth in terms of paid-up capital, total assets, numbers of branches and number of staff. Awash surpassed 1B in GWP and commenced its strategic plan, Transforming AIC: Vision 2030.

Position 1: Supervisor, Branding

Educational Qualification

  • BA Degree in Marketing, Marketing Management, Management and Business Administration, Journalism and Communication, English Language and Literature, or a related field of study.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 9 years of relevant work experience.

Position 2: Supervisor, Marketing

Educational Qualification

  • BA Degree in Marketing Management, Management and Business Administration, or a related field of study.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 9 years of relevant work experience.

Position 3: Senior Research and Product Development Officer

Educational Qualification

  • BSc/BA Degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field of study.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience.

Position 4: Senior Mechanic

Educational Qualification

  • BSc Degree in Automotive Engineering, Auto Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or a directly related field of study.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience.

Position 5: Auditor I

Educational Qualification

  • BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Accounting and Auditing, or a related field of study.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

Required Skills and Attributes (All Positions)

  • Proven interpersonal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • High motivation and ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.

Age Requirement: Below 35 years.
