Position 1: Customer Service Officer
Educational Qualification
- BA Degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking and Finance, Management, Marketing Management, or a related field.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer.
Duty Station: Shashemene.
Position 2: Junior Customer Service Officer
Educational Qualification
- BA Degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking and Finance, Management, Marketing Management, or a related field.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer or Bank Trainee.
Duty Station: Shashemene.
Position 3: Customer Service Officer
Educational Qualification
- BA Degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking and Finance, Management, Marketing Management, or a related field.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa.
Position 4: Junior Customer Service Officer
Educational Qualification
- BA Degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking and Finance, Management, Marketing Management, or a related field.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer or Bank Trainee.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa.
Position 5: Senior Interest Free Banking Officer
Educational Qualification
- BA Degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking and Finance, Management, Marketing Management, or a related field.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience, including at least 2 years of service as an Interest Free Banking Officer.
Duty Station: Head Office.
Position 6: Interest Free Banking Officer
Educational Qualification
- BA Degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking and Finance, Management, Marketing Management, or a related field.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Junior Interest Free Banking Officer.
Duty Station: Head Office.
Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale.
