Position: Internship Program
Minimum Academic Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in any Social or Natural Science field from a recognized higher education institution. Minimum CGPA of 2.5 or equivalent.
Graduation Recentness
Graduated within the last three (3) calendar years.
National Exit Examination
Successful completion of the National Exit Examination (for domestic graduates).
Work Experience
Prior work experience is not mandatory . Designed for graduates with strong potential, learning agility, and interest in banking careers.
Key Competencies
Demonstrated interest in Interest‑Free Banking (Ethical Banking) . Basic digital competency (MS Office, email, internet usage). Strong communication skills in English; local language proficiency is an advantage. Ability to work effectively in teams and build positive customer relationships. Analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail. High integrity, positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning. Willingness to accept assignments in both city and rural areas.
