Woda Vehicle Manufacturing PLC is recruiting a Junior Sales Officer to support customer acquisition, product promotion, sales activities, customer follow-up, and day-to-day sales operations.
Available Position
Position 1: Junior Sales Officer – 2 Positions
Location: Addis Ababa, Lebu Mebrat Employment Type: Full-time Career Level: Entry Level Experience: 0–1 year Education: Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field Language: English and Amharic Vacancies: 2
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential individual and corporate customers and build professional relationships. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable EV products and solutions. Support assigned sales targets and business growth. Assist with product presentations, demonstrations, and test drives. Follow up with prospective and existing customers and support post-sales activities. Maintain accurate customer records, sales documents, and follow-up information. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Monitor market trends, customer feedback, competitor activities, and product developments. Assist the Sales Supervisor or Manager with customer visits, meetings, reports, and daily sales activities. Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Good interpersonal and customer-service skills. Confident, approachable, sociable, and comfortable interacting with customers. Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Amharic . Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, email, and general office operations . Good attention to detail, organization, and time management. Positive attitude, teamwork, discipline, and willingness to learn. Ability to follow instructions and accept constructive feedback. Self-motivated, responsible, and adaptable. Customer-focused and committed to achieving sales targets. Knowledge of EV products or automotive sales is an advantage. Creativity and ability to build strong working relationships.
