Junior Accountant

Degree or diploma in Accounting or a related field . No prior work experience required.
Essential Skills
Knowledge of bookkeeping principles. Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Excel . Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations. Ability to work independently and make decisions within established procedures. Good organizational skills, including filing and administrative record management.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and track drivers’ daily earnings. Process payroll. Enter financial data, record transactions, and reconcile accounts and supporting documents. Monitor accounts and ensure payments are processed correctly. Assist with preparation of financial statements and month-end and year-end closing activities. Maintain accurate and reliable financial records. Respond to customer inquiries and help resolve financial discrepancies. Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding accounting and payment matters.
