Available Positions
Programme Assistant (School Feeding) G5 – Mekelle Duty Station: Mekelle, Ethiopia Duration: 12 months Responsibilities: Prepare monthly distribution plans and verify food/non‑food deliveries Support monitoring visits, reviews, and evaluations Collaborate with logistics teams, schools, and parent committees Contribute to reporting and participate in Education Cluster meetings Promote gender equality and protection in programme implementation Qualifications: Completion of secondary school education (post‑secondary certificate desirable) At least 5 years’ professional experience in nutrition, education, or social protection Fluency in English and Tigrigna 👉 Apply Here
Security Assistant G5 – Gode Duty Station: Gode, Ethiopia Responsibilities: Review security threats and compile reports on risks Liaise with local authorities, UN/NGO security staff, and communities Plan and conduct field missions, track staff, and perform security assessments Implement risk mitigation measures (MOSS compliance) Manage security equipment and access control procedures Contribute to emergency planning and staff training Qualifications: Completion of secondary school education (University degree desirable) Minimum 5 years’ progressive work in security Fluency in English and Somali Prior UN/NGO experience preferred 👉 Apply Here
