Boeing Global Services Supply Chain Execution is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to serve as a Customer Program Manager for clients across Africa and the Middle East.
Position: Customer Support Specialist
Basic Qualifications (Required):
1+ year experience in the aerospace industry 1+ year experience in supply chain roles Experience preparing and presenting to executive leadership Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Ability to collaborate across multiple organizations Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (minimal)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired):
SAP knowledge Engineering/technical background Account management or customer support experience
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain customer relationships, understanding culture and business strategies Provide world‑class customer support and account health management Coordinate with internal partners to recommend solutions and resolve delivery issues Prepare and deliver presentations to customers and internal teams Manage customer orders, delivery requirements, and returns using Boeing systems Monitor performance metrics and share with customers and partners
