Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year relevant banking experience
Competencies:
Understanding of general financial products and services Knowledge of banking procedures and accounting systems Ability to respond to client inquiries and resolve issues Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Office Suite, and core banking systems
Responsibilities:
Provide front‑office customer service support at the branch Handle account maintenance, payments, and collections Respond to customer inquiries and requests Manage cash and non‑cash transactions efficiently
