Open Positions
Position 1: Graduate Trainee – IFB
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Marketing, or related fields. Experience: Not required (fresh graduates encouraged). Additional Requirements: Knowledge of Shari’ah law and Interest‑Free Banking principles (mandatory). CGPA 2.75 or above. Only 2026 graduates eligible. Age ≤ 25 years. Exit Exam ≥ 50%. COC Certificate mandatory for Level IV graduates. Job Purpose: Support effective customer service delivery and ensure efficient banking services. Place of Work: City Branches
Position 2: Branch Manager III
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 4 years in banking/financial services, including 1 year as Branch Manager IV, Business Manager I, or equivalent. Job Purpose: Oversee branch operations in line with policies, procedures, and regulations. Place of Work: Jijiga – Seid Square Branch
Position 3: Branch Manager IV
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 3 years in banking, including 1 year as Business Manager II/III or equivalent. Job Purpose: Manage branch operations and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Place of Work: Werka, Hulbareg, Bule Hora, Chiro Branches
Position 4: Branch Manager IV – IFB
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 3 years in banking, including 1 year as Business Manager II‑IFB/III‑IFB or equivalent. Additional Requirement: Knowledge of Shari’ah law and Interest‑Free Banking principles (mandatory). Job Purpose: Manage IFB branch operations in compliance with policies and regulations. Place of Work: Worabe Branch (Hawassa District Office)
Position 5: Secretary
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Event Management, or related fields. Experience: Diploma holders: 4 years relevant experience. Bachelor’s Degree holders: Relevant experience as required. Job Purpose: Provide secretarial and administrative support for smooth office operations. Place of Work: Mekelle District Office
