Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields Fresh graduates encouraged to apply Basic knowledge of import/export procedures, declarations, and customs systems is an advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills Organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Email
📌 Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and processing import/export declaration documents Support logistics team in tracking shipments and coordinating with customs offices and free zone authorities Maintain accurate records of shipments, permits, and related documentation Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department Handle basic office administration tasks (filing, correspondence, scheduling) Work with customs officials, freight forwarders, and clients as directed by senior staff Stay informed on current customs rules, regulations, and procedures Perform other duties as assigned by management
