Education: BSc/MSc in Water Resources, Structural Engineering, Hydrology, Highway Engineering, Urban Planning, Architecture, Hydraulic Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Geology, or related fields Experience: 4–5 years relevant experience Skills: Peer‑reviewed publications, advanced research methods, analytics, mentorship
