Position: Branch Manager IV
Job Purpose
To ensure that the overall banking operations of the branch are performed in compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations , while driving growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience , including at least 1 year as Business Manager II, Business Manager III, or equivalent. Strong knowledge of branch operations, customer service, and resource mobilization.
