Accountant Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (major in Accounting). Experience: Minimum 2 years in corporate accounting. Specific Skills: General ledger management, VAT filing, payroll systems (preferably in construction/commercial sector). Core Skills: Financial software proficiency, IFRS knowledge, tax compliance, data accuracy, confidentiality. Tender Officer Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years in tender/bidding environments. Specific Skills: Handling commercial bids, preparing tender submittals, managing procurement platforms. Core Skills: Bid management, contractual literacy, ability to work under tight deadlines. Project Manager – High‑Rise Construction Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related structural engineering discipline. Certifications (Preferred): PMP or equivalent engineering license. Experience: Minimum 10 years in construction management, with at least 5 years as lead Project Manager on high‑rise structures (10+ stories). Core Skills: High‑rise construction expertise, tower crane logistics, project scheduling software, contract administration, leadership under pressure.
