Position: Sales Representative
Role Summary
The Sales Representative will perform, coordinate, and execute sales activities for assigned accounts, monitor market trends and competitors, and ensure Etihad’s sales targets are achieved. This role requires strong sales acumen, customer service excellence, and industry knowledge to represent the airline effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Define, agree, and execute sales activity plans to meet targets. Analyse market potential and convert opportunities into revenue. Collect and consolidate information to identify business development areas. Establish and maintain business relationships with accounts and prospects. Communicate regularly with clients about new products, services, and promotions. Build trusted advisor status with major accounts. Research competitor and industry information to increase market share. Collaborate with global sales enablement teams on promotional strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fields. Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales roles. Valid driver’s license. Residence within assigned territory and near EY gateway city. Strong commercial and analytical skills. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and achieve targets.
