1️⃣ Logistician – USEFM (Announcement No. Addis‑2026‑016)
Education: Completion of high school or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 3 years in logistics and/or administrative work in an office setting. Language: English fluency (spoken, written, reading). Duties: Provide technical security support and services to posts in the region. Manage ESC/ESO inventory, supply chain, procurement, and reconciliation of technical systems/equipment. Assist with administrative duties, travel arrangements, and budget tracking. Security Clearance: Secret/Confidential clearance required. Salary: USD $43,543 – $63,944 per year.
2️⃣ Consular Associate – USEFM (Announcement No. Addis‑2026‑015)
Education: Completion of high school or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 3 years of office administrative experience (including 1 year consular experience). OR 2 years of office administration (FP‑07 training level). OR 1 year of office administration (FP‑08 training level). Language: English fluency (spoken, written, reading). Duties: Provide consular services to U.S. citizens. Support visa processing (non‑immigrant and immigrant). Assist in fraud prevention, investigations, and correspondence with governments, attorneys, and the public. Security Clearance: Secret/Confidential clearance required. Salary: USD $48,708 – $71,529 per year.
