School of Finance Trainee – Qualification Requirements
Applicants must meet one of the following academic pathways :
Option 1: Accounting Diploma
College 10+3 or Level IV Diploma in Accounting from a recognized university or college.
Option 2: Accounting Credit Hours / ECTS
Completion of 65–85 credit hours or 109–142 ECTS from a recognized college or university in: Accounting; or Accounting and Finance. Minimum CGPA of 2.5 . Minimum grade of “C” in all principal and intermediate Accounting courses .
Important Academic Eligibility
Applicants with more than 85 credit hours or 142 ECTS , including BA degree graduates , are considered overqualified and will not be accepted for the School of Finance Trainee position.
Age Requirement
Applicants must be 20–27 years old, inclusive .
Language Requirement
Knowledge of Ethiopian Airlines' working language, English , is mandatory.
