1. Administrative Assistant I

Qualification and Experience:
BA Degree in Administrative Services Management. Minimum of 1 year of experience in secretarial service .
2. Software Engineer II
Vacancy No.: HO-EXT/00018/26 Location: Addis Ababa
Qualification and Experience:
BSc Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT, software development, integration, project management, and banking areas.
Additional Qualification:
A Master’s degree in an IT-related field is an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
The Software Engineer II will support system development and integration activities, including:
Supporting requirements gathering. Developing and customizing applications. Testing applications and resolving bugs. Installing new or modified applications. Supporting the integration of new or modified systems and applications with existing bank systems.
3. Relationship Manager – Personal & SME Banking II

Qualification and Experience:
BA Degree in a business-related discipline. Minimum of 9 years of experience in the banking sector , including 3 years in a supervisory role .
Additional Requirements:
Prior experience in banking operations is highly desirable. Relevant banking experience, preferably supporting affluent and high-net-worth clients.
Job Responsibilities:
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and managing financial relationships to support deposit and loan growth and achieve business growth within the assigned market segment.
Key responsibilities include:
Attracting, developing, and managing customer relationships. Selling SME and Business Banking products. Promoting the Bank’s products and services. Prospecting and acquiring new customers. Identifying incremental business opportunities with existing customers. Managing customer expectations and maintaining sustainable business relationships. Supporting deposit and loan growth objectives.
