Tsehay Insurance S.C. (TISc) was established by 105 Shareholders on 28th of March 2012. The shareholders are prominent Individuals and Business Organizations.

The company is registered by the National Bank of Ethiopia under proclamation No.86/1994 and license No.017/12. To get public trust at the initial stage, TISc commenced its operation with a subscribed capital of birr 45 million and paid up capital of Birr 11,480,000, which was then by far higher than the minimum limit of Birr 3 million, having three branches in the city of Addis Ababa.

The company invites interested and qualified candidates to fill the following vacant positions.

Position 1: Underwriting Officer I

Qualification: BA/Bsc Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Management/ Accounting/ Engineering/Statistics Related

Experience: 1 Year in insurance experience

Terms of employment: permanent

Salary: As per the scale of the company with other benefit packages

Place of Work: Addis Ababa Branch

Position 2: Under writing Officer II

Qualification: BA/Bsc Degree  in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Management/ Accounting/ Engineering/Statistics Related

Experience: 2 years in insurance experience

Terms of employment: permanent

Salary: As per the scale of the company with other benefit packages

Place of Work: Addis Ababa Branch

Position 3: Accountant I

Qualification: BA/Bsc Degree in Accounting/ Finance

Experience: 1 year experience

Terms of employment: permanent

Place of Work: Head  office

Position 4: Manager, Research & Product Marketing Division

Qualification: BA/Bsc Degree in  Marketing/Business Administration/Management/ Accounting/ Economics/ Finance /Leadership/ Related

Experience: 7 years’ experience out of which 3 years in senior  positions

Terms of employment: permanent

Salary: As per the scale of the company with other benefit packages

Position 5: Executive Officer (EO), Claims Management Department

Qualification: BA/BSc Degree in Business Administration/Management/Accounting/ Statistics/Economics /Leadership/ Management/ Engineering/Related

Experience: 9 years’ experience in Insurance industry out of which 4 years in Supervisory   positions
