Position 1: Assistant Teacher

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Education or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills in Amharic and English.
• Strong interest in teaching and child development.
• Dependable, patient, and willing to learn.

Experience Required: 0–2 Years (Fresh Graduates are Encouraged to Apply)

Grade Level: Grade 1 – Grade 4

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Main Teachers in classroom instruction and lesson delivery.
• Prepare and organize teaching materials and classroom resources.
• Assist students individually or in small groups.
• Help maintain student attendance and academic records.
• Supervise students during classroom and school activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment.
• Support parent communication and school events.
• Assist with classroom management when needed.

Position 2: Cashier

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related fields.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic computer and spreadsheet skills.
• Familiarity with cash handling and POS systems is advantageous.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Honest, accountable, and customer-service oriented.

Experience Required: 0–2 Years (Fresh Graduates are Encouraged to Apply)

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and record cash and other payments accurately.
• Issue receipts, invoices, and payment confirmations.
• Reconcile daily collections and prepare cash reports.
• Maintain financial records and transaction logs.
• Handle petty cash and authorized refunds.
• Respond to payment-related inquiries professionally.
• Safeguard cash and financial documents.
• Coordinate banking and deposit procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong classroom management and teaching skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Amharic and English.
• Good computer literacy.
• Passion for teaching and student development.

Experience Required: 2–5 Years

Grade Level: Grade 1 – Grade 8

Subjects: Multiple Subjects (Assigned Based on Qualification and Grade Level)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver curriculum-based lessons.
• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
• Monitor and evaluate student performance.
• Prepare reports, grade sheets, and academic records.
• Manage classroom behavior and learning environments.
• Supervise and mentor Assistant Teachers.
• Communicate with parents regarding student progress.
• Participate in school meetings, training, and events.
• Provide academic support and intervention recommendations.
